ORDER CHANGES
Changes to an order, address or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at thebeast@inspiredbysomething.com to see if your order is eligible.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Prices do not include shipping charges; those are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are determined by weight, size and destination of the order.

SHIPPING PROCESS
• You will receive an Order Confirmation email after checkout.
• Each fine art print is made to order. Orders may take up 4 to 5 business days to process. Shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on the shipping destination.
• We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.
• Orders may be split across different shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• We ship within the contiguous United States, however, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
• Orders will ship via UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at the moment.

STOREWIDE POLICY
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds for any merchandise, apparel, or fine art prints. Please read all product descriptions carefully before checkout.

FINE ART PRINTS
Every art print is made to order. Please pay special attention to the measurements of each print.

COLOR
You understand and agree that Electric Beast uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of the work accurately. However, because individual computer monitors display colors differently, we are not responsible for the color accuracy, and we disclaim all liability in this regard.

DAMAGED ITEMS
• In spite of our best efforts, this can happen from time to time. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture before opening your package.
• All damaged items will be replaced at no charge. Please contact us, supply photos of the damaged package and product within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will ship out a new item within 1-2 weeks, if available. This will help to ensure that our shipping methods are the best that we can provide.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
• We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost or stolen packages and orders that require re-delivery.
• We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or failure in delivery due to an incorrect address at checkout or third-party mishandling. For information, please use the tracking number and/or contact UPS.
